Sometimes you just want to marry the one you love without all the fuss of a huge wedding. Clive and Diana had a beautifully simple pop up wedding at Evedon Park with their closest family and friends there to share it with them, and it was a gorgeous joy-filled day.

But even when you’re keeping things simple you still want amazing memories to look back on, so they booked us to meet them after their Pop Up ceremony and spend an hour capturing some special moments with their Bridal Party.

Blair Street Vet was the very first vet clinic to partner with us for our Pop Up Pet Portrait Days, and we have been so very grateful for their enthusiasm and support over the last four years.

This year we had the best event ever, and captured lots of beautiful moments of very loved pets. As always it was fantastic seeing familiar faces as well as meeting new ones. We always love to hear the stories of how you all came to own your pets and what they mean to you. That’s something we’ll never tire of!

Thanks again to everyone who came and made the day so awesome. We’re super excited to feature all these amazing pets in our first ever Pet Calendar. 2019 is going to be just a little brighter with all these lovely animals up on our walls :-)

We still remember the light sabre battle we staged outside Abbey Beach Resort a few years ago as requested by Bethany and Ricky on their wedding day. It certainly was a unique day, so of course there was no surprise that mum had a few little ideas up her sleeve when they came in to show off their new baby with us. We just love seeing our past bride and grooms again and helping the mark the next chapter in their lives together. What a beautiful collection of prints and wall art these guys now have to treasure!

How lucky we've been this winter to have been blessed with some pretty great weather on our wedding days. In June we spent a lovely afternoon with Katie & Kurt, who had a simple ceremony at The Lighthouse Resort before and then took a little time out to make some memories before they celebrated their marriage with friends and family at Maker + Co.

Another lovely day at one of our great local vet clinics. This time around it was a doggie day, which was probably a good thing given that we were set up out in reception!

We took a new backdrop which was a great hit and gave a new look to all the lovely moments we captured.

Tegan & Michael's Relaxed Bunbury Wedding

Tegan and Micheal's wedding involved a lot of tears and laughter. 

Watching Micheal's emotional reaction to Tegan walking down the aisle had all their guests wiping happy tears.

On the location shoot the bridal party was spontaneous bursting into fits of laughter :)

We loved Tegan's boho wedding style. Her beautiful dress matched her natural makeup and gorgeous braids perfectly. She opted to wear some stunning pearl high heels but kicked them off as soon as the offical parts of the day were over and spent the rest of the day barefoot!

Mother's Day Portraits ~ Bunbury CentrePoint

Last weekend we set up two mini Pop Up studios at Bunbury Centre Point to capture some gorgeous memories for local families in time for Mother's Day this weekend. We had over 150 families come to visit us and we were so pleased to see people had come all the way from Manjimup and from all over the southwest. It was fantastic to see lots of familiar faces and to see so many mums getting in with their kids for a photo too!

The kids enjoyed making cards at our craft stations, and as we were set up to print on the day we loved being able to see mums face as she looked at beautiful the print she got to take home. 

Thank you so much to everyone who came along, and thank you to CentrePoint for putting on such a great free event for the local community.

Sam & Brendon's Barton Jones Winery wedding

Both being locals to Boyanup Samantha and Brendon wanted to get married in a place that was special, and where better but the town you call home! We chose to take their wedding photos in spots that are iconic to the area including the bridge, the railway line, the tree-lined red dirt roads and of course the stunning vista of vines at Donnybrook’s Barton Jones Winery.

Lots of family came over from the Netherlands to celebrate their special day, including their gorgeous flower girls. After they exchanged their vows and Brendon kissed his bride the groom's family sang a traditional song of blessing over them, a beautiful moment. 

We can't wait to start designing their gorgeous album, it's going to be a stunner!

Cameron bought a gift card for his lovely wife for Christmas last year, they make great presents ;) 

Sonia gave us a call and we booked in a day to capture some beautiful, natural family memories for them.
